With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Albritton Scruggs (Snow Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on April 2, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Albritton and Ava Albritton; her former husband Dr. Charles S. Scruggs (Captain U. S. Navy); her son Dr. Daniel Scruggs (U. S. Navy); and her sisters, Mary Kathryn Albritton, Marjorie Frey Paul and Ava Taylor Albritton.
She is survived by: her husband Naval; her children, Lynn Davis (Terry) and Byron Scruggs; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Manoogian. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
