With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freddie Carraway Schrimper of Snow Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Freddie Carraway Schrimper to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Carraway and Charlotte "Lottie" Jane Waller; her siblings, Joe Carraway and Betty Thomas; and her nephew Gene Huffman.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Jane; her children, Kevin Schrimper of Rocky Mount, N. C. and Ronda Whipple (Oliver) of Savannah, GA.; her grandchildren, Tyler, Scarlett, Ryan, Ashtyn, Jillian Schrimper, Avery, Coleman and Claire Whipple; her sister-in-law Ann Carraway; her nieces, Frances Blackwell, JoAnn Currie and Kathy Rayfield; and her nephew Joe Carraway.
Due to Covid-19, a small, private family funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021.
