He is survived by: his wife Bertie Jean; his children, Kim Barrow Starling (Phillip) and Neil Barrow (Rebecca); his grandsons, Hunter Barrow (Cierra) and James Carl Barrow; his great grandchild Paisley; and his stepgrandson Andrew Starling of Farmville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
