It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Frances Williams (Snow Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Allen and Iretta Lee Williams; and her siblings, Luna Collins, Luby Randolph Williams, Emerson Williams and Alice Grace Williams.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rowena W. Miller of Snow Hill and Berlie W. Dixon of Snow Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
