He is survived by: his parent Ethel Justice; his wife Shera Ann Justice; his daughters, Sammie Justice Shepard of Sneads Ferry and Frankie Benson of Garner; his sister Judy Brown (Lloyd) of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Jacob Vance, Samuel Vance and Lucas Benson.
