She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Cook, Sr. and Nell Childers Cook; her husband Ben D. Bailey, Sr.; and her brother Daniel Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Ben D. Bailey, Jr. (Bela) of Matthews, NC and Edward H. Bailey of Sherrills Ford, NC; her grandson Ben D. Bailey, III of Matthews, NC; and her brothers, David Cook (Nancy) of Hickory, NC and Carroll Cook of Hickory, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
