He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Nadeau Oliveira; and his former wife Tammy Medeiros. He is survived by: his father Leonard Medeiros (Beverly); his wife Lisa Gaines Donnelly; his son Christopher Medeiros; his stepson Richard Sean Donnelly; his siblings, Bryan Medeiros (Sheryl), Beth Gartner (Jason) and Dr. Keith Medeiros (Mary); his stepsisters, Cheryl Mosley (Bradford) and Sharon Kucia (Eric); his nephews, Jay and Caleb Medeiros; and his niece Gracie Gartner.
