He is survived by: his wife Carol (Lee); his children, Dr. Timothy Sullivan (Tonya) of Davidson, N. C. and Carmen (Matthew Venable) of Eaton; his grandchildren, Ryan, Samantha Venable, Regan and Tieran Sullivan; and his brother John Thomas of Beavercreek.
