She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Polonski and Mary Polonski (late Lester Leon Matheny, Jr.); and her son-in-law Philip Jonaitis. She is survived by: her children, Diane Lee Jonaitis and Timothy Lee; her daughter-in-law Karen R. Matheny; her grandchildren, Leigh Jonaitis (Peter Helff), Sean Jonaitis (Angela Sinicrope), Mackenzie Lee Matheny and Kevin T. Matheny; and her great grandchildren, Jonah and Anya Campbell.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to charity of donor's choice.
