He was predeceased by: his father Jack Herbert. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Staton Winslow of Scotland Neck; his daughter Rebecca W. Williams (Evan) of Scotland Neck; his grandson Wyatt; his siblings, Herb Winslow of Scotland Neck, Patty W. Holt (Mike) of Wilson and Sarah W. Sykes (Scott) of Scotland Neck; and his close friends, Stephanie Oglesby, Brent Jackson, Tom Lowe and Greg Howland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
