With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Wilda Annette Arnette of Sanford, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Willard and Cleo Southard Willard; her son Jackie Dishman; her grandchildren, Lois Frazier and Darron Dishman; and her siblings, Butch Willard, Linda Hill and Roger Willard.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Kirkland Arnette; her children, Ralph Dishman, Charlotte Sturdivant (Toby), Timothy Dishman (Karen), Jeffrey Arnette (Sabrina) and Ricky Lawson; and her siblings, David Willard, Barry Willard, Wilma Smith, Patricia Porter, Alma Todd (Dale), Wanda Gunter (Jeff) and Jessie Willard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and 100's of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rogers Pickard Funeral Home (509 Carthage St, Sanford, NC 27330). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
