He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyce Connel Rogers and Glennie Rue Batten Rogers; and his stepson Howard Parker. He is survived by: his wife Andrea McNeil Rogers; his stepchildren, Devona McCoy (Barry), Emanuel Parker and Berlin Stokes (Randolph); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Javon, Stephon, London, Kajuan, Sophia and Randolph Everett.
