She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Albert Adams and Mary Magdalene Hammond Adams; her siblings, Lamar Adams, Barbara, Cordell and Marion Ray; her husband Walter O. Perry; and her sons, Walter Mitchell Perry and Charles Michael Perry.
She is survived by: her brother George Alvin Adams; her daughters, Patricia Perry and Pamela Perry Burns; her grandchildren, Jason Michael Perry (Cassie), Thomas Adam Burns (Heather), Melissa Perry Bailey (Fred) and Mark Stephen Burns (Alicia); and her great grandchildren, Ellie Tingen, Ethan Tingen, Eva Marie Burns, Ian Robert Burns, Ellie Sinks and Henry Sinks.
