He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rubio and Albertina Velazques. He is survived by: his wife Wilfrida Cruz; his children, Pablo Rubio Jr., Diana Gomez, Orlando Rubio and Wilfredo Rubio; his sister Argentina Rubio; and his great grandchildren, Adrian Deleon, Leo Gomez and Giana Charco.
