She is survived by: her husband Frederick Michael Welch; her children, Paul Welch (Elaine) of Salisbury, Denise Neigel (Jeff) of Mooresville and Scott McBride (Crissy) of Salisbury; her brother Robert "Hop" Franklin Hopkins (Carole) of Rockwell; and her grandchildren, Allison, Michael, Karlie Ann and Lyndsy. She is also survived by her numerous great-grandchildren and cousins.
