He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn Aster Leonard and Dorothy Lucille Frick Leonard; his wife Hazel Wilson Leonard; and his sister Peggy Simpson. He is survived by: his son Tony Ray Leonard (Chrystel) of Rockwell; his grandson Daniel Ray Leonard (Savannah) of Salisbury; his great grandchildren, Braelynn Ray Leonard and Ryder Scott Leonard; and his brother Gene Leonard of Gold Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
