He was predeceased by: his pet Wolfie. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Alan Ray Lyerly and Sue Waters Lyerly; his brother Dr. Matthew Scott Lyerly (Gena) of Salisbury; his niece Caroline; and his nephew Jacob Lyerly.
