He is survived by: his wife Mary-Louise Biasotti Hooper; his sons, Steven Arthur Hooper (Heather) and Michael Phillips Hooper (Heather); his sister Barbara Parker (Russell); and his grandchildren, Anna, Caden and Miles Hooper.
