She was predeceased by: her father Adiel Chacon Zuniga. She is survived by: her mother Vilma Aracelly Arias Sequeira; her husband Shawn L. Blackwell; her children, Shawn Z. Blackwell, Tamara Gilbreath of Charlotte, Camilla Rodriguez of Charlotte, Karmyn Bullock (Ajonte) of Maryland, Kyra Blackwell of Lexington and Nicolas Blackwell of Charlotte; her grandson Koa Blackwell of Lexington; and her siblings, Arelys Chacon Arias, Valeria Chacon of Costa Rica, Jonathan Adiel Chacon and Josue Chacon of Costa Rica. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
