He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John W. Hawkins and Helen Connor Hawkins; his children, Marcus Roberts (Charlotte) of Charlotte, NC, Aubrey Roberts (Tasha) of Charlotte, NC and Janah Belle (Jahmel) of Charlotte, NC; and his sisters, Helen Hawkins of Dayton, Ohio, Phyllis Hawkins of Dayton, Ohio, Donetta Evans (Alvin) of Harrisburg, NC and Beverly Hawkins of Charlotte, NC. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
