She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie John and Mildred Heilig Rhyne; her grandmother Lena Heilig; her siblings, Willie Rhyne, Calvin Reid and Hazel Reid; and her grandsons, Anthony Rhyne (Tootie) and Niye Hajie Rhyne.
She is survived by: her niece Sophie Jackson; her nephew Kevin Miller; her daughter Letitia Rhyne (Denine) of Kannapolis; her grandchildren, Clarence Rhyne (Vonda) of Kannapolis and Terry Rhyne (Amanda) of China Grove; her siblings, Patricia H. Williamson, Rita Sturdivant of Salisbury, Brenda Propst (Greg) of Kannapolis and Harold Reid Jr. (Sharon) of Mocksville; and her close friend Jackie Craven. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
