He is survived by: his parents, Austin Locklear and Alexis Mangus of Salisbury; his sister Alana Locklear; his friend Anastasia Andrews; his grandparents, Jessica, Woody Powell of Salisbury, Amy Locklear of Salisbury, Sean, Jennifer Kelly of Spencer, Shane and Brandy Mangus; his great-grandparents, Brenda, Manson Locklear of Salisbury, Carmella and Gary Toler; and his great-great-grandparent Faye Rodgers of Arizona. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
