He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Morgan and Noah Franklin Cline; his daughter Tracey Cline Winecoff; his brothers, Nevin and Cecil Cline; and his son-in-law Doug Gullett.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda Cline of Salisbury; his children, Mike Cline (Jill) of Atlantic, NC and Penny Gullett of Salisbury; his siblings, Walt Cline (Nettie) of Cleveland, Jim Cline of Statesville, Ruth Culp of Faith, NC and Sally Hampton of West Virginia; and his sister-in-law Hilda Cline of El Paso, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
