She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Sumner; her parents, Archie Inman and Ruth Inman; and her siblings, Alice Layton, Angus and Neville Inman.
She is survived by: her friend Margaret Thomas; her sister-in-law Vivian Inman; her sons, Jim and Don Sumner; her grandchildren, Lauren, James, Mark, David and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Olivia, Owen, Marie and Jason Jr..
