He is survived by: his sisters, Ginger Cummings, Tina Knox and Jessica Locklear; his stepmother Delois Locklear; his girlfriend Vicky Locklear; his nieces and nephews, Aaron Cummings, Lindria Cummings, Cana Seabrooks, Isha Cummings, Paige Cummings, Raegan Knox, Isaac Cummings, Patrick Cummings, Jr., Geven Cummings, Genesis Knox, Talon Cummings and Jamari of Washington; and also, Ringo and Willie Locklear.
