He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his daughter Dawn E Clayton (Jarvis) of Lumber Bridge; his siblings, Norman Edwards of Red Springs, Doris McLean of St. Pauls, Mary Janet Lineberry of Graham and Susan Faye Lowery of Rex; his grandchildren, Joseph (LJ), Kyle Edwards of St. Pauls and Jada Clayton of Wilmington; and his great grandchild Paisleigh Clayton of St. Pauls. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
