He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Lee Blackburn and Lessie "Maxine" Blackburn; and his brothers, James Albert Blackburn (Doris) of Florida, Ronnie Lee Blackburn (Bonnie) of St. Pauls, Nathan Boyd Blackburn (Amanda) of Lumberton and Albert Lee Blackburn II of Florida. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
