She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph R. Frazer and Irene McMann Frazer; and her daughter Donna Mae Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Herring; her children, Keith James Herring (Anita) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Karen Louise Herring of St. Pauls and Darlene Kaye McQueen (Robert) of St. Pauls; and her siblings, Joseph R. Frazer of Fall River, MA, Lillian Moniz of Hyannis, MA and Cynthia Louise Martin of Hyannis, MA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
