He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Wayne Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Renau Johnson; his sons, Wes Johnson and Steven Johnson (Mary); his mother Kay Frances Johnson; his siblings, Maurice Edward Johnson (Cheryl) and Lynda Kay Johnson (Dean); and his grandchildren, Normandy, Alexander (Xander) and Lola. He is also survived by partners as well as many personal friends.
