He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Clyde, Velma Hall Arnette, Elizabeth Eanes and Nathan Tart. He is survived by: his parents, Betty Arnette Tart and Jesse Tart (Kathy); his siblings, Carolyn Tart, Eric Tart, Michael Tart and Jesse Tart; his aunts, Dorothy Arnette Moore, Evelyn Arnette Walters (Neal), Becky Tart and Diane Tart Ogni; his uncle Nathan Tart; his nieces, Haley and Anna Tart; and his nephew Mason Tart.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to McNeill Mackie Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses, in lieu of flowers.
