He was predeceased by: his parents, William Merritt Davis and Edna Loraine Walker Davis; and his brothers, Danny Merritt Davis and Walter Lee Davis. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Edward Davis and Sharon Davis Bowes (Chad); his grandchildren, Lauren Martin (Cody), Taylor Davis (Jamison), Dalton O'Brien (Maddy), Will Davis (Caitlynn) and Ashton Bowes (Codi Layne); his great grandchild Addy Martin; and his extended family, Butch and Becky Thacker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
