He is survived by: his daughter Ruth Steele of Raleigh; and his siblings, John Elvin "Reb" Wilkerson, Jr. (Daisy) of Roxboro, Mins C. "Wolf" Wilkerson of Roxboro, William Wilkerson (Gloria) of Roxboro, Michael Wilkerson (Tracy) of Roxboro and Marcus Wilkerson (Veronica) of Roxboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
