With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Elizabeth Exum Batts (Rose Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on March 27, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Batts; her grandson Tate Raynor; and her brothers, Eugene, Clifton, Gordon and Alton Exum.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicholas Buckner (Tracy), Kayla Carter (Brad), Joshua Buckner, Holli Jackson (Dustin), Cynthia Chandler Coates (Chuck), Ernie Lucas and Davy Lucas (Lee Ann); and her great grandchildren, Brevin Carter, Journey Chandler, Lucas Chandler, Jesse Lucas, Anna Townsend Carter, Roman Carter, Rebecca Jackson, MaKenzie Tate Jackson, Reese Buckner and Nolan Buckner.
