She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Lee Futrell; her son Charles Henry Futrell; her brother Murdock Pedro Smith; and her grandson Carl Franklin Futrell, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carl Franklin Futrell of Rose Hill, Norman Harvey Futrell of Burgaw, Mary Pate and Lois Jackson of Rose Hill. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and twenty-five great great grandchildren.
