He is survived by: his wife Shelby Brown Rouse; his daughters, Rene Hoxie (Brian) of Rose Hill, Cynthia Hoffmann (Ray) of Rose Hill and Pamela Morgan (David) of Rose Hill; his grandchildren, Chandler Hoxie (Elizabeth) of Sanford, Quinton Morgan of Chapel Hill and Rachel Hoffmann of Camp Pendleton, CA; and his great grandchild Hannah Elizabeth Hoxie of Sanford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
