He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bertis and Virginia Pauline Gavin Fussell. He is survived by: his children, William Bertis "Bert" Fussell (Sarah) of Rose Hill and Wendy Cheryl Kelley (Ronald) of Rose Hill. He is also survived by brother.
A graveside service to celebrate his life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Rockfish Memorial Cemetery, officiated by the Reverend Charles Love It is requested that, rather than floral arrangements, contributions be made to the charity of one's choice in his memory.
