He is survived by: his significant other Mary Charlotte Gindler; his daughter Kimberly Miciak of Yakima, WA; his stepdaughters, Jacqueline Gilbert of Lamar, AR, Leetha Reynolds of Lamar, AR and Christal Gilbert of Lamar, AR; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Riggio, Cadence Riggio, Ava Jo Riggio, Brennan Lee Gilbert, Tylee Willis, Brenda Miciak, Andrew Miciak, Casey Ray Nance and Kevin Jacob Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Evander, Paisley, Mike Randall, Brandy Swinson, James Randall, David Godard, Robert "Bronx" Murray and Justin Randall.
