He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Larkins and Cora Lee Horrell (Garriss); his grandson Joshua Phillip Horrell; and his great grandchild Cohen Davis. He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn White; his sons, Donald Phillip Jr. (Angela) and Derrick (Miranda); his grandchildren, Garriss Horrell, Kimber Lewis, Megan Horrell and Taylor Horrell; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Gabriel, Wally, Cody Fields and Hilaria Cerda; and his siblings, Wade Horrell (Janice), Joyce Futch, Janice Worrell (Maurice), Jerlean Willets and Ann Lee Cribb. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
