Jean Williams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Williams of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Webster and Penny Laura Proctor; her husband Robert Wells, Sr.; her significant other Don Williams; and her siblings, Bessie May Proctor, Elizabeth Proctor Storey, Sammy Proctor and Madeline Proctor Jones.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Proctor Wells (Tim) and David Lee Proctor (Elsie); her children, Robert Wells Jr., James Earl Wells (Robin), Helen Wells Baker (Donald Ray), Calvin Lee Wells (Jennie) and Sharon Wells Barwick; her great-nephew Kelly Wells Moore; and her granddaughter Kelly Wells Moore. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
