She is survived by: her children, Laddie Moore Crisp Jr. (Jamie) and Teresa Elizabeth Crisp Parker (Tommy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Crisp Heely, Thomas Parker, Laddie Moore Crisp III and Alison Parker Smith; and her great grandchildren, Miles Heely, Liam Parker, Owen Parker, Blythe Heely, Lorelei Parker, Arlo Crisp, Jonah Crisp and Nolan Crisp.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Elsie's memory to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 301 S. Circle Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
