He is survived by: his parents, Larry George and Tamera Ward George; his daughter Reagan George; the mother of his child Alyssa George; his sister Meredith Shue (Daniel); his nephew Anson; his nieces, Kaisley and Hadley; and his grandmother Nita Ward. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Ronald McDonald House, 419 South Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
