He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Parker and Francis Cranfield Parker; and his brother Bobby Lee Parker Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Parker Woodie (Billy), Terry Parker (Amanda) and Robert Parker (Heather); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Logan, Jazmine, Landon, Zoey, Lucas, Jacob, Noah, Caleb and Anna; and his sisters, Doris Jane Ketchie and Mary Lou Riley. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
