She was predeceased by: her parents, William Connie and Flora Ellen Absher Felts; her husband Ralph Pennington; her children, Virginia Dare Pennington Couch, Elizabeth Ellen Pennington, Roger Lee Pennington and Sherrill Clarence Pennington; and her brothers, Glenn Felts, Jim Felts, Ivory Felts and Roby Felts.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Dale Pennington (Suzanne) of China Grove, Larry Eugene Pennington (Marla) of Pinnacle, Jimmy Ralph Pennington (Crystal) of Lexington, Vivian Pennington Hopkins (Glenn) of Gold Hill and Mary Pennington Wagner (Steve) of Rockwell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
