Lowry of Rockwell, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lowry; and his brothers, Harold Ray Lowry and Gary Lowry. He is survived by: his mother Louise Jones Revels; and his brothers, Floyd Lowry (Sherry), Frank Lowry (Sharon), Larry Lowry of Glen Bernie, MD and Chuck Lowry (Kim). He is also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews.
