He was predeceased by: his father Robert Clinton Cecil; and his brothers, David Cecil and Tony Cecil. He is survived by: his wife Janet Wilson Cecil; his daughter Nicole Lambert (Mikey) of Granite Quarry; his stepdaughters, Tina Kaye Honeycutt (Michael) of Salisbury and Tracy Lee Vannoy of Rockwell; his sister Shirley Price of Greenville; his grandsons, Daniel Nelson, Jackson Honeycutt and Josiah Lambert; and his sister-in-law Judith Wilson Pope (Rick) of Salisbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
