He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gilbert Seymour and Kathleen Simmons Miller; his stepfather Johnny Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Frank and Barbara Queen.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judi" Mueller Seymour; his stepchildren, Melinda Hamilton, Kathy Smith (Michael), Rob Dixon (Jeanie), Stewart Kirk and Ray Mullis, Jr. (Lori); his brothers, Randy Seymour (Diane) and Ronnie Seymour (Terry); and his grandchildren, Whitney Moyle (Kevin), Autumn Drye, Alex Sheldon, Destiny Linker (Chris), Sam Dixon, Luke Dixon, Cory Mullis (Hannah), Tiffany Mullis, Hayden Eudy and Haley Savage. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and many other loving relatives and friends.
