He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Adam Misenheimer and Blondell Park Misenheimer. He is survived by: his wife Melvia Misenheimer; his sons, Allen Misenheimer (Dena) and Chris Misenheimer (Yuko); and his stepchildren, Jeffrey Hutchinson and Blair Hutchinson Green. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and one step great-grandchild.
