She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Fountain and Gladys Gorman Fountain; her daughter Patricia Lynn Uhl; and her brother Henry Allen Gorman. She is survived by: her children, Anne May (David) of Rockwell, Kathleen Hodge (Taylor "Butch") of Newport, Gordon Levick (Mary) of Cleveland, TN and Jonathan Levick (Pam) of New Bern. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
