She was predeceased by: her parents, Katharine L. Carroll and Glen P. Provance; and her brother Randal B. Provance. She is survived by: her husband Eric L. Menken; her stepson Joshua S. Menken (Kimberly); her brothers, Charles L. Provance (Lisa) of Cheyenne, WY, C. Scott Provance of Amarillo and Kerry B. Provance (Diane) of Charlotte, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Meredith Provance Hershock of Mouth, Corrine Provance Goss of Cheyenne, WY, Elliot Provance and Tyler Provance of Charlotte, NC.. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
