He is survived by: his children, Michael Brown of Spencer and Jennifer Brown of Spencer; his stepdaughter Cheri Daniels (Phillip) of Salisbury; his siblings, Judy Parker (Marlin) of Lexington and Jimmy Brown (Denene) of Rockwell; his granddaughters, Megan Ritchie and Jennifer Ritchie; his nephew Zeke Brown; his nieces, Jana Shoaf (Joe) and Tina Stevenson (Blake) of Winston Salem; and his great-niece Norah.
